Larry Seaton, the long time quartermaster of VFW Post 6872 passed away at appr. 7 am Tuesday the 9th of February.

Larry was born Sept. 11, 1947 in Rotan to Charlie and Wilma Frost Seaton. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Larry married Jan Butler-Cagle on June 24, 1987 in Sweetwater. Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He loved his family very much. He was a member of V.F.W. Post 6872 of Crowley which he served.
       Survivors: Wife, Jan Seaton of Joshua; daughter, Trina Seaton-Moore of Snyder; sons, Larry Cagle Jr. and wife Michelle of Tyler; Scott Cagle and wife Tammy of Sweetwater; close friend-like a son, Kirby Lane of Joshua; mother, Wilma Dill of Dublin; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sister, Sherry Hicks and husband George of Hawley; 1 niece; 2 nephews.
