Honor Guard: Reminder that all meetings of the Honor Guard will be the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at VFW Post 8911.  Bring snacks.

Weekly Events:

Post 2137 Azle: 

+ 1st and 3rd Friday of each month is Hamburger Night.  Hamburger with all the trimmings, French Fries or Onion Rings, $6.00 per plate.

+ 2nd Friday of each month is Steak Night.  Meal includes Steak, salad, baked potato, and dessert.  $8.00 per place. 

+ The last Friday of the month is “Cook’s Choice”.  $8.00 / plate.

+ Mineral Wells, Texas is now holding blood pressure tests on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 13:00 to 15:00. Anyone passing through , at that time ,can stop in  have a coke and get their blood pressure checked

+ Breakfast every Sunday morning beginning at 10:00 a.m. till noon. $5.00 per person.

+ Senior Citizen Luncheon the third Wednesday of each month hosted by the post and auxiliary, begins at 12:00 noon. Meat will be furnished. Please bring a covered dish and join us. Everyone is invited to attend.

+ Installation for VFW & Ladies Auxiliary Officers is on Sunday May 31st at 2PM with Karaoke afterwards.
